The Peugeot 207 S2000 is a rally car developed in 2007 by Peugeot, which has a long history of success in motor sports such as rallies. Built to meet the newly set FIA Super 2000 regulations. Based on Peugeot’s compact hatchback 207, the engine is equipped with an in-line 4-cylinder 1998cc. Generated 280 horsepower with natural aspiration. Four-wheel drive is adopted for driving. The machine that was finished by making use of the know-how cultivated in WRC participation demonstrates high fighting power. Participated in the Intercontinental Rally Championship and IRC from 2007 and won the championship for three consecutive years from 2007 to 2009. 2009 driven by British driver Chris Meeke. The machine driven by Chris Meeke won the Ypres Rally in Belgium from June 18th to 20th as part of the IRC. 1/24 scale Peugeot 207S2000 plastic model assembly kit released by Belkit, a Belgian model maker who is passionate about rally car model development. The body reproduces the front and rear over fenders in one piece. The markings designed with the British flag decorating the body are reproduced with large decals. Chassis bottom surface is mechanically reproduced such as suspension and 4WD drive shaft.
The cockpit also models fire extinguishers, rally equipment, footrests, helmet holders, spare tyres, and a detailed reproduction of the roll bar.
