SMS Premium Acrylic Lacquer Paints – Official UK Dealer

Looking to buy SMS Premium Paints in the UK? Kent Models is an official UK dealer for SMS Paints from The Scale Modellers Supply, offering genuine Australian-made acrylic lacquer model paints with UK stock and fast dispatch.

The SMS Premium range has been developed specifically for scale modellers who demand excellent colour coverage, smooth application and a durable finish.

Premium Airbrush-Ready Model Paints

SMS Premium Acrylic Lacquer Paints are supplied in convenient 30ml bottles and are formulated to be airbrush-ready straight from the bottle.

Unlike conventional hobby paints that require careful thinning before use, SMS Premium paints are pre-thinned, allowing you to shake, pour and spray with minimal preparation.

The range offers excellent pigmentation, consistent application and strong adhesion when applied correctly to suitably prepared surfaces.

Whether you’re painting plastic model cars, motorcycles, aircraft, military vehicles, Gundam models or science-fiction subjects, SMS Premium paints provide a professional-quality finishing option.

Why Choose SMS Premium Paints?

The SMS Premium range offers several advantages for model makers:

• Airbrush-ready formula: No thinning required under normal conditions.
• 30ml bottles: Conveniently sized for hobby and scale modelling applications.
• Excellent coverage: High-quality pigmentation produces strong, consistent colours.
• Durable acrylic lacquer finish: Designed to provide a tough finish with good adhesion.
• Versatile applications: Suitable for plastic, resin and metal modelling projects with appropriate preparation.
• Wide manufacturer colour range: From everyday modelling colours to specialised shades and finishes.

For best results, shake the bottle thoroughly before use and apply in light, even coats.

Where additional thinning is required, use a compatible solvent-based acrylic lacquer thinner. SMS Premium paints should not be thinned with water.

As these are solvent-based paints, appropriate ventilation, extraction and personal protective equipment should always be used when airbrushing.
