At Kent Models, we understand that when you order a new plastic model kit, paints, tools or modelling accessories, you want them delivered quickly, safely and at a reasonable cost.
That’s why we aim to dispatch orders promptly from our UK warehouse, with a choice of reliable postal and courier services.
Whether you’re ordering a Tamiya model car, an Aoshima motorcycle kit, a Fujimi model, Mr Hobby paints or modelling tools, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.
Fast UK Dispatch
We aim to dispatch orders for physically in-stock products on the same working day when placed before 1pm, Monday to Friday.
Orders received after this time will normally be dispatched on the next working day.
Orders placed during weekends or UK bank holidays will usually be processed on the next working day.
Please remember that dispatch refers to when your order leaves our warehouse, not when it arrives at your delivery address.
Free UK Delivery on Orders Over £55
We offer free shipping on qualifying UK orders of £55 or more.
This makes it easier to combine several model kits, paints, glues, tools or accessories into a single order.
Applicable shipping charges and available delivery options are confirmed during checkout.
UK Delivery Options
We offer a selection of reliable UK delivery services, depending on the size, weight and contents of your order.
Royal Mail Tracked Delivery
Royal Mail tracked services are available for many orders, with estimated delivery times generally ranging from one to three working days after dispatch, depending on the service selected.
Express Courier Delivery
For customers who need their orders quickly, express courier delivery may be available through DHL.
Next-working-day delivery options are subject to the service selected, dispatch cut-off times and courier availability.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Model Paints, Aerosols and Restricted Products
Certain products, including aerosol spray paints, may require specialist courier services because of transport regulations.
Where applicable, suitable delivery options will be displayed at checkout.
Some shipping restrictions may apply depending on the destination and contents of your order.
Click & Collect – Local Customers
If you live locally, you can place your order online and select Click & Collect when this option is available at checkout.
We don’t operate a walk-in retail showroom, so all orders must be placed through our website.
Please wait until your order is confirmed as ready for collection before visiting and if possible please add a note on your order for your preferred collection time and day.
Pre-Orders and Special Order Products
Some products are offered on a pre-order basis and are not immediately available for dispatch.
Where an order contains both physically in-stock items and pre-order products, dispatch may be delayed until the complete order is available.
Please check the relevant product descriptions for further details.
International Shipping
International delivery availability, shipping charges and available services depend on the destination and products ordered.
Where international delivery is available, the applicable options will be displayed during checkout.
